No problem too big or too small. It is essential for me to establish an idea of the depth of your  understanding and knowledge, and your attitude towards your dog. In order to effectively do this, I normally view you both together. So many things can contribute towards a problem, which can grow from a molehill to a mountain. Please do not expect a miracle when you contact me, it is not always possible to identify the root of a problem 'instantaneously' and I would rather be certain of my prognosis before making a professional judgment.
